Agree with spouters concerning some type of regulation on both e bikes and e scooters. Probably most people have had close calls with the wreckless operation of both. I am sure all these spouts can and should be obtained by a competent lawyer when the inevitable happens. The laws regarding both must be enforced. Mayors are Police Chiefs should step up and do your job to protect the public from this criminal behavior that is terrorizing our communities.
