A tax on hotel, motel and Airbnb... 99% of the rentals in Stone Harbor are through realtors (Who happen to have a controlling interest on Council) and these people are deciding to tax a tiny portion of the pie. Why? Trying to keep the realtor business safe from taxes? Or is it going to drive more business to the realtors? Yeah, I already know the answer.
