Wildwood Has Record $3.2M Home Sale

WILDWOOD – A Wildwood home on the border with Wildwood Crest recently set a new record for the highest-price sale of a single-family home on Five Mile Island at $3.2 million.

The home, at 501 W. Cresse Ave., was brokered by Chip Watson and Helen-Ann Llyod, of eXp Realty. The real estate firm says they used the Cape May County Multiple Listing Service and South Jersey Shore Regional Multiple Listing Service systems to verify that no other sales have eclipsed the $3 million mark on the island.

The six-bedroom bayfront home came complete with a dock setup that allows accommodation for three vessels. The sale suggests that the price escalation for luxury homes on the islands may not yet be a thing of the past.
