Experience nature in its purest form at the Cape May National Wildlife Refuge—the perfect place to decompress, unwind, and reconnect with the natural world. Located at 12001 Pacific Avenue, Wildwood Crest, this peaceful paradise offers a relaxing escape from everyday stress.

The refuge is yours to explore. Start your adventure with a Bike/Ride Scavenger Hunt, offered Wednesday through Monday, 9 a.m. to Noon. Ride your bike to the refuge to qualify, and register at the Visitor Center (open 9 a.m. – 3 p.m., closed Tuesdays). You’ll explore two scenic trails, and upon completion, receive a sport backpack filled with goodies!
