Teen Killed in Crash With SUV in Seaville

SEAVILLE – A teenager from Jackson was killed when his dirt bike collided with an SUV on Saturday, Nov. 23.

According to a State Police spokesman, at 2:31 p.m. troopers responded to a motor vehicle crash on County Road 628 south in Seaville. Based on a preliminary investigation, a Nissan Rogue was traveling south on County Road 628, while a Kawasaki KX450 dirt bike was northbound.

In the area of milepost 6.55, the Nissan turned left into a driveway, and the Kawasaki collided with the passenger side of the Nissan. The driver of the Kawasaki, a 16-year-old male from Jackson, sustained fatal injuries.

No other injuries were reported.

The State Police said the crash remains under investigation. No additional information was available at this time.
