SLATER, DOROTHY E.
Dorothy E. Slater, 80 of Cape May Court House, NJ passed away August 29, 2025. She was born in Camden, NJ to the late Joseph and Dorothy Law and moved to Cape May County in 1971, after living in Deptford. Dorothy's greatest love in life was caring for her family. Anyone that came into her home, she treated them as family as well. She was predeceased by her husband Daniel A. Slater, Sr. in 2006.
Dorothy is survived by her children: Daniel A. Slater, Jr., Dianna L. (Thomas Sr.) Grout, David M. (Antonia) Slater, Darrin J. Slater, Deborah A. (Walter) Lindholm, Dennis M. Slater, and Donald W. Slater; her sister Joanne Gray; grandchildren: Thomas, Jeffrey, Sarah, Timothy, Micaela, Miranda, William, and Benjamin; great grandchildren: Emily, Evelyn, and Brayden; as well as extended family. Along with her husband, Dorothy is predeceased by her brother James Law, sister Linda Brewer, and granddaughter Amanda Leigh.
Services will be Friday, September 5, 2025 at Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210. Viewing will be 10 to 11 a.m. Service will start at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Cold Spring Presbyterian Cemetery.
