Rehab Excellence Center in Cape May Court House Rebrands as Twin Boro Physical Therapy

Colleen Goodwin, MPT, walks a patient through arm recovery at TwinBoro’s physical therapy location in Cape May Court House.

From Rehab Excellence Center

Rehab Excellence Center’s 2023 opening in Cape May Court House has undergone a name change to Twin Boro-Cape May Court House, effective immediately. Rehab Excellence Center and partner company, Twin Boro Physical Therapy, will now be operating under the Twin Boro name in Cape May Court House. Twin Boro-CMCH joins the successful Twin Boro-Egg Harbor Township PT office to represent its Cape May and Atlantic County footprint in South Jersey.

The Twin Boro-Cape May Court House clinic will continue to provide all of the great services the patients have come to expect and led by Cape May Court House PT Director, Colleen Goodwin, MPT. The clinic focuses on a patient-first philosophy and the goal of progressing everyone to a functional level of independence. Whether you injured yourself at home, in sports or at work, our focus is to guide you to achieve your return to activity goals. The new clinic opened in May of 2023, and already works with patients of all ages, backgrounds, and needs.

Twin Boro-CMCH provides all new state-of-the-art equipment but, even more, is directed by the exceptional care and services of long-time Cape May Court House physical therapist and former Bacharach of Cape May Court House Clinic Director, Colleen Goodwin, MPT. Colleen brings decades of patient-focused experience to her new role at Twin Boro. “I love this job – I get to see my patients get a little bit better every day,” said Colleen. “It’s unusual not to have positive outcomes and I always feel like I’m making a positive difference in people’s lives.”

Stone Harbor native and Middle Township High School graduate, Rob Hicks, founded the original Rehab Excellence Center business, and has over two decades of experience in the physical therapy space. Rob stressed that there was a great need for another physical therapy clinic in Cape May County. “It’s important that we provide intimate one-on-one care,” Rob said. “It is also important that patients not wait for days and weeks for their first appointment because early intervention leads to early recovery.”

Both Colleen and Rob are lifelong athletes. Rob is an avid runner, skier, and surfer and founder of the largely popular Stone Harbor Triathlon. Colleen played basketball and softball in college and teaches classes at CrossFit 609, a fitness center she is partner/owner of in Dennis Township. They both know the pain that comes from sports-related injuries and the ways that a good physical therapist can make a difference.

Twin Boro is taking new patients – they offer a variety of physical therapy services, including general orthopedic, sports medicine, spine, arthritis, pediatric care, and vestibular and concussion rehabilitation.

To book an appointment, call 609-905-4144 or visit rehabexcellencecenter.com/cmch1 – no physician prescription is required for an initial assessment.
