I can’t thank the staff at Urgent Care enough for your competent, caring, and excellent care you have all always given my family and me. I so appreciate your patient attitudes when many people are at their worst with sick children and themselves not being their best.
I was so pleasantly surprised when I took Donnie in for his knee issue! With recent problems, the insurances were not going to pay for this visit. I was prepared to pay for his care as I have done for several years and you so kindly, without being asked, took a big chunk off my bill.
It really touched my heart in this day and age when so many “professionals” are so cutthroat and only care about the mighty dollar.
You have always given me top care with the best diagnoses. I simply wanted to take the time to praise you for your excellence!
