Do Your Research… 2012 Is Coming Soon

To the Editor:
The current administration in Washington is worried about tax breaks instead of the price at the pumps and 9 percent unemployment.
The United States has more fossil fuel than Saudi Arabia. (Don’t take my word for it, do your own research). Why aren’t we drilling? Because this administration wants us to believe that alternative energy is cheaper than oil. It is not. (Once again, do your research).
In the 1970’s the United States produced 43 percent more oil than today. So why did our President proclaim that we are producing more oil then ever? (Research, again). Aren’t you tired of Washington telling lies?
If we drill in our own backyard, we will become energy independent and create jobs. Good jobs with good pay and benefits. Why should we continue to fund the war on both sides? Why do we send money to people who hate us? You know, China and Germany are planning to obtain oil through a Russian pipeline. Now, what does that tell you? As Fred Sanford use to say, “Ya big dummy.”
I am only an average citizen and I can figure this out. So, what is wrong with Washington? (Too many hands sliding the greenbacks in their pockets — that is what’s wrong.) By 2012, we will have $5 gallon at the pump. (Research)
I don’t think Superman can help this time. We need change — change back to the Republic we are meant to be. Not the Progressive government this administration wants. Do your research before you vote…2012 is coming quickly.
