Childrens’ Christmas Party Will Be Held

By Applegate

To The Editor:
It has come to the attention of the Ladies Auxiliary of the West Wildwood Fire Department that a Spout Off was printed in the Nov. 3 edition of the Herald that misinformed the public by stating that the annual children’s Christmas party will not be held this year.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
The annual Christmas party for the children in our community is sponsored by the Ladies Auxiliary and is held annually at the West Wildwood Borough Hall in December of each year. Notification of the date and time of this year’s event will be forthcoming.
The mayor and commissioners have always been supportive of this annual event and are encouraged to attend and participate in the festivities. However, the only extent to which they get involved in the annual event is by providing the use of the Borough Hall to the auxiliary.
The auxiliary is also an active participant in the annual borough clean-up program. The date and time of this event will also be forthcoming.
The West Wildwood Ladies Auxiliary wishes to extend a joyous and Happy Holiday Season to all.
