To the Editor:
Every third Sunday of the month, the Rio Grande Fire Company prepares a great buffet breakfast. Susie, my wife, and I always look forward to going to the firehouse breakfast.
With a donation, the buffet offers scrambled eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, home fries, chip beef, donuts, coffee, and orange juice. We always enjoy attending and the opportunity to thank our dedicated volunteers.
I ask that our residents and friends consider attending the next firehouse breakfast July 15. We are truly blessed to have our volunteer firefighters, and they deserve our support.
