When will the solar eclipse start in South Jersey?
According to NJ.com:
– Eclipse starting time: 1:23 p.m.
– Maximum blockage: 2:46 p.m.
– Darkness level: 75 to 78 percent of the sun will be obscured
– Ending time: 4:03 p.m.

Viewers are advised not to look directly at the sun without protective eyewear.
