Dec. 26: Holiday!
Dec. 27: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, beet salad, fruit cocktail.
Dec. 28: Kielbasa, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, roll, salad, jello.
Dec. 29: Beef stew, wax beans, roll, cole slaw, butterscotch pudding.
Dec. 30: Creamed chipped beef, potato patty, mixed veggies, salad, white cake, chicken vegetable soup.
Dec. 31: Stewed chicken, dumplings, gravy, peas, salad, vanilla pudding.
