Timber Tumbles, Wind to Blame?

Timber Tumbles

By

NORTH WILDWOOD – Quint 2 (C Platoon), under the command of Capt. J. Carter, responded for a structural collapse in the 400 West Block Spruce Avenue around 4:30 p.m. June 18.
Rescue 3 and the County Regional Urban Search Team (R.U.S.T.) were requested to respond also, according to a post on North Wildwood Fire Department’s Facebook page.
The building that was under construction sustained significant damage. Crews assessed the scene and checked for potential victims. It’s believed that wind may have been a contributing factor.
No one was working at the time of the incident and there were no injuries.
