Potential 700 Units Seen for Rio Grande

U.S. Home’s community is on Railroad Avenue south of Route 47.
Delco LLC Developer William Juliano has proposed 432 units on Railroad Avenue north of Route 47.
And Beazer’s Gatherings, already under construction on the east side of Route 9 opposite the Grande Center, will have some 100 units.
All are age-restricted.
