OCEAN CITY – Ocean City Mayor Jay Gillian, accompanied by his wife Michele Gillian and a crowd of supporters, arrived to the City Clerk’s office Feb. 28 to file his nominating petitions for the May 8 municipal election. Gillian is seeking his third term as mayor of Ocean City.
