Peter F. Boyce, 61, of Millville is the Constitution Party candidate for New Jersey’s Second Congressional District, a job that pays $174,000 annual with a two-year term.
A former Cape May County real estate broker (Ethics Real Estate in Wildwood) and restaurateur (Zorro’s in Wildwood), he counts among his other occupations: commercial fisherman, newspaper advertising salesman, printer, poet, publisher (Real Estate Advisor, CPT Taxpayer Comic), inventor of a patented ocean wave energy converting electric power plant system and proprietor of Delmont Sawmill, for 29 years.
According to his website, Boyce grew up in the streets of “da Bronx.” He understands why teens turn to mischief and then crime. Young men stand in groups on corners each evening, full of energy, and longing for excitement. They are there because they are not contentedly tired after coming home from a day’s work. The businesses, which would have hired them, were never able to open due to the burden of unconstitutional government regulations. Peter appreciates the effect of regulations smothering small businesses.
He has been politically active for over 30 years:
· Con-Con (Constitutional Convention) chairman to stop a call for an Article V Convention in New Jersey.
· Active in the Pro-Life Movement
· Radio Talk Show Host (God and Country Call-In Show)
· Constitution Seminar Instructor
· Constitution Party 2008 Congressional Candidate
· Keynote Speaker, Sussex County, Greenwich, and Cape May Tea Party Groups.
Boyce is running for Congress because:
“Our Republic is facing a crisis on every front and these fronts are converging. If decisions being made in Washington, contrary to America’s best interests, were from stupidity, they would occasionally make a mistake in our favor. They do not.
Their consistency is not the hallmark of stupidity, but rather of a socialist agenda. Entangling trade agreements (NAFTA, CAFTA, GATT, etc.) and un-constitutional regulations are destroying American jobs.
“We are borrowing money to give away to foreign banks. Future generations of Americans are collateral for debt to the bloodiest regime in history, Communist China.
“Grandma is being frisked at the airport, her nail clippers taken away, because she may be a terrorist, while millions of unknowns violate our borders and ports with impunity. Our soldiers are deployed in over 130 nations with no declarations of war as required by the Constitution; securing the borders of foreign nations while our own States are the victims of an invasion.
“In Congress, I will not be answerable to party bosses or special interests; rather to the Constitution that I will swear an oath before God to defend against all enemies foreign and domestic. I will not take that oath lightly,” Boyce stated.

Cape May – The number one reason I didn’t vote for Donald Trump was January 6th and I found it incredibly sad that so many Americans turned their back on what happened that day when voting. I respect that the…
