Platelet Donors Seriously Needed by the Red Cross

COURT HOUSE — Because of the weekend storm all but one of the platelet collections on Saturday and collected 10 fewer donors than planned on Sunday. If you are a platelet donor and are eligible to donate, please consider donating to help ensure an adequate supply for patients this week.
Platelet donors are encouraged to call 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767) to schedule an appointment.
The Cape May County Chapter of the American Red Cross will hold a blood drive Feb. 25, at the Dennis Township Primary School Gym, 601 Hagan Road, Dennisville from 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
