SEA ISLE CITY – Mayor Leonard Desiderio informed members of council, the municipal governing body, that city administration requested and received bids for demolition of the former school on Park Road.
Demolition of this site is another milestone in preparation of the land where building will soon begin of Sea Isle’s much-awaited multi-purpose new community center.
“We expect to bring a resolution to council for award of the contract next month [SR1] which brings us one step closer to the construction of our future community center,” said Desiderio.
