The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.
William W. Green was indicted on a single count of third-degree failure to make lawful disposition related to an incident in North Wildwood in October.
Edward P. Lawrence faces a second-degree count of aggravated assault, along with a third-degree count for making terroristic threats.
Sean A. Rowan was named in a third-degree count for failure to re-register as a sex offender after a change of address. Rowan was at a new address in Wildwood from December 2023 to February 2025. He was convicted of aggravated sexual assault in 1996 in Mercer County.
Samantha Dinning faces second-degree endangerment of the welfare of a child, along with aggravated assault and unlawful possession of a weapon, both latter charges in the fourth degree. The weapon in question was an Epson printer.
John Martino, Brian M. Thomas, Alverna E. Sinex, Alexis S. Davis, Joseph Cucchi, Raymond E. Horton, Amanda E. Lloyd and David F. Ginyard were all indicted separately and independently on a third-degree count for possession of a CDS. For Davis and Ginyard the CDS in question was cocaine. For Sinex there were two counts of possession, one for cocaine and one for methamphetamine. For all others the indictment was for possession of methamphetamine only.
George Niederhoffer was indicted on a single count of aggravated assault.
Anthony J. Gabriella was named in a one-count indictment for fourth-degree stalking.
Shawn Sucki faces two third-degree counts for shoplifting and conspiracy with an unindicted co-defendant.
Michael R. Damica was indicted on one count of fourth-degree stalking.
Joseph R. Gillam faces a two-count indictment for third-degree burglary and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Shane G. Moore and Kenneth R. Peterson were indicted together, each on a third-degree count for possession of a CDS, methamphetamine.
Anthony Reciniello faces a count of second-degree aggravated assault related to an incident in Upper Township in December.
Bradley Hughes was indicted on a single count of third-degree witness tampering in Ocean City.
Joshua R. King faces a second-degree count of endangering the welfare of a child, along with a fourth-degree count for invasion of privacy.
Bejamin B. Moore was indicted on three fourth-degree counts of assault by auto, along with one third-degree count for possession of a CDS, bromazolam xylazine.
Ronald S. Saunders and Jamar A. Lovett were named in a 25-count indictment. Lovett faces all 25 counts. Saunders is named in six of the counts.
Lovett is charged with second-degree aggravated assault, second-degree burglary, 10 counts of second-degree theft, two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon, a handgun, first-degree robbery, two counts of third-degree conspiracy, five counts of third-degree burglary, one count of third-degree attempted burglary and two counts of possession of a prohibited weapon.
Saunders faces one count of third-degree conspiracy, one count of third-degree attempted burglary and four counts of third-degree burglary.
