New executive chef at Wildwoods Convention Center

Well Bread Catering has announced the appointment of Chef Andrew Tuano to executive chef for all food and beverage operations at the Wildwoods Convention Center.
Tuano brings years of experience to his multi-faceted position in which he will oversee all catering operations, banquets, weddings, parties, corporate functions, and concessions for the 260,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art convention and entertainment facility.
Tuano most recently was the executive sous chef for Congress Hall Hotel, Cape May, where he was responsible for all banquet events, weddings, and corporate functions, as well as the operation of the Blue Pig Tavern Restaurant.
His chef experience also includes such well-known establishments as the Martini Beach Restaurant, Queen Victoria Bed and Breakfast, The Chalfonte Hotel, Twinning Tea Room, and Washington Inn, all in Cape May, as well as the Forks Inn in Sweetwater.
He is a 1986 graduate of The Academy of Culinary Arts.
