LOWER TOWNSHIP – Lower Township MUA will begin the routine hydrant-flushing program Oct. 30, which continues through Nov. 3.
Flushing will begin Monday morning at midnight and continue on a 24-hour basis through completion. Residents in the areas being flushed may experience a temporary discoloration in their water while flushing is in progress.
Residents are asked to refrain from using water for drinking or washing clothes until the discoloration disappears. Questions may be directed to 609-886-7146 extension 3 or visit www.ltmua.org.
