Lifeguard course offered in Ocean City

The Ocean City Aquatic and Fitness Center will offer the American Red Cross 2009 Lifeguard Course beginning April 5.
The six-week course will take place on Sundays from 2:30-8:30 p.m. with no class held on Sunday April 12. Prior registration is required.
Candidates must attend all courses, be 15 years of age or older and possess strong swimming skills. The course includes CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid card after successful completion of the course. Course fee is $190.
Interested candidates can register at the Aquatic and Fitness Center, 1735 Haven Avenue.
Registration is limited and is taken on a first-come, first serve basis.
