WILDWOOD — Gov. Phil Murphy will visit Wildwood April 21, for an 11 a.m. meeting with Mayor Pete Byron, Rep. Jeff Van Drew and Sen. Michael Testa, the Herald has learned.
The meeting will take place at the Wildwoods sign, at Rio Grande Avenue and the boardwalk, according to sources.
Sources say the condition of the boardwalk, which was damaged badly near that location in an April 13 windstorm, will be a topic of conversation.
The Wildwood Boardwalk is currently closed in social distancing efforts by the town.
Murphy is scheduled to tour the field medical station at the Atlantic City Convention Center as well, April 21.
