WILDWOOD – In order to improve water quality, Wildwood Water Utility personnel will be flushing water mains. The following schedule is provided for the local public’s general information:
April 7 – 8
Rio Grande Section of Middle Twp. & Shawcrest Section of Lower Twp.
April 11 – 15
Wildwood – Rio Grande Avenue North to 26th Street & West Wildwood
April 18 – 22
North Wildwood – 26th Street north towards Angelsea
April 25 – 29
Wildwood – Hand Avenue South toward Wildwood Crest & Diamond Beach Section of Lower Twp.
While they are flushing hydrants in your area, you may experience low water pressure and discolored water.
Customers are advised to refrain from doing laundry while flushing is being performed. After your area is flushed, allow your water to run for several minutes to clean any sediment out of your water service. If your water does not clear up in a reasonable time, contact the Wildwood Water Utility at 609-846-0600. Your patience and cooperation while we are performing our flushing program is appreciated.
