WILDWOOD – City Commissioners appointed Carl Groon as administrator July 10. Groon was the mayor of Wildwood Crest until 2018, and also served as president of the Board of Education in Wildwood.
Mayor Ernie Troiano congratulated Groon on his appointment. “I will do my best for you (commissioners) and the town,” Groon said, thanking the governing body.
Groon’s appointment started July 15. The position was vacant since Christopher Fox’s termination in May.
