SOMERS POINT — Kyle J. Mattiace, 22, of the Ocean View section of Dennis Township, was arrested on Thursday, Nov 26, at Gregory’s after he got into a fight with bouncers and management, according to the Press of Atlantic City.
Mattiace was arrested, charged with disorderly conduct and released on his own recognizance pending a Dec. 8 hearing in municipal court, the report said.
“The officer went to break up a fight,” said Capt. Phil Gaffney of Patrolman Scott Handson, “and the guy turned around and took a swing at one of the officers.”
