Stone Harbor Police Arrest Two for Drugs

STONE HARBOR — On Aug. 19 at 11:43 p.m. Patrolman Robert was conducting foot patrol and observed suspicious activity involving two subjects at a beach entrance.
Subsequent investigation found that Timothy Hislop, 31, of South Orange, was holding a burnt marijuana cigarette and was in possession of multiple bags of marijuana and packaging materials.
Timothy Hislop was arrested for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute and Possession of Paraphernalia.
Eileen Hislop, 19, of Newtown Square, Pa. was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.
Timothy Hislop was released after posting bail. Eileen Hislop was charged on a summons and released.
Case is pending review by the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office.
