WILDWOOD CREST – According to Wildwood Crest officials, the reconstruction of Newark Avenue will continue with the sewer system and will include Jefferson Avenue. Borough Engineer Marc DeBlasio updated commissioners on the project’s progress Sept. 5. Though inconvenient for residents, work will continue on the project to retain grant monies obtained in 2016. Mayor Don Cabrera seeks to improve borough infrastructure and increase quality of life. DeBlasio is also preparing maps of the Crest’s sewer master plan.
