Shared Services for Cost Savings

North Wildwood Logo

By Rachel Rogish

NORTH WILDWOOD – City Clerk Scott Jett explained a resolution passed Dec. 17, regarding shared services with the City of Wildwood. Jett said sharing the office of tax assessor (Jason Hesley) and quality purchasing agent (QPA) ensures cost-saving for taxpayers across the Wildwoods.
Hesley serves as tax assessor for North Wildwood, Wildwood and Wildwood Crest. According to Jett, the shared services agreement has renewal options and remains virtually the same. Changes in the Wildwood administration also played a part in the renewal, said Jett.
