SEA ISLE CITY – City Council, at its Jan. 24 meeting, approved a resolution to authorize a state contract for upgrades of its police radio dispatch and 911 connections.
The contract is awarded to Gold Type Business Machines, of East Rutherford, in the amount of $154,986.
The goal of the contract is to provide for more reliable equipment for the police force and thereby modernize its existing systems.
