DENNISVILLE – At the Dennis Township Committee meeting Aug. 27, Engineer Jack Gibson reported that the Academy Road reconstruction project was nearing completion.
The project, which began July 22, was aided by an $80,000 Municipal Aid Grant from the state Department of Transportation. It included improving drainage, repaving, and allowed the township to install additional driveways at Dennis Township Elementary School.
Gibson said the paving was finished, and striping and signage would be completed before the start of the 2019-2020 school year.
