municipal solicitor, conflict solicitor, labor solicitor,
auditor, prosecutor, public defender, zoning solicitor,
planning solicitor, rent leveling board solicitor, hearing officer,
various grant consultants, bond counsel, COAH counsel and conflict engineer.
