PETERSBURG – Engineer Paul Dietrich informed Upper Township Committee, at their regular meeting Jan. 9, that he is working on an add-on project for the widening of Prescott Road in Strathmere.
“This project will create 10 additional parking spaces, so it is a very positive development. We’ll need a change order for existing work, and that will add $50,000 to the overall cost,” he explained.
After discussion, the committee decided there is a need to bond for the additional cost, and after details how to do so are ascertained, that measure will be taken later.
