OCEAN CITY – The Department of Fire and Rescue Services announced June 4 that the Ocean City Beach Patrol will be guarding the following beaches, as of June 6. Beaches are guarded from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekends and holidays and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.
According to a release, beginning June 6, the following beaches will be guarded.
Seaspray Rd. 14th Street
North Street 15th Street
Stenton Place 18th Street
St. Charles Place 24nd Street
Brighton Place 26th Street
5th Street 30th Street
Surfing Beach 34th Street
8th Street 36th Street
9th Street 39th Street
10th Street 44th Street
11th Street 50th Street
12th Street 58th Street
As per the governor’s guidelines, please maintain 6 feet of space between strangers when using the beaches. Avoid large groups. Masks or face coverings are recommended.
