TRENTON – Gov. Phil Murphy appointed Jeffrey L. Pierson, of Marmora, a freeholder, and retired N.J. Army National Guard brigadier general, to the Council on Educational Opportunity for Military Children.
The direct appointment was made Dec. 21.
