Meeting Planned to Discuss Relocation of Whitesboro Post Office

WHITESBORO — A U.S. Postal Service meeting will be held Jan. 3 at 6:30 p.m. in the  Martin Luther King Community Center,  207 W. Main St., to discuss the proposal of a new space project for the Whitesboro Post Office.
According to a release, USPS Real Estate Specialist David M. Wolff is expected to attend.
The Postal Service will be relocating the Whitesboro Post Office, previously in a temporary trailer at the Community Center, to a yet-to-be-determined location as close as possible to the former location.
U.S. Postal Service representatives will discuss the proposed plans at the meeting.
Written comments on the proposal will be accepted for 30 days after meeting date and submitted to: David M. Wolff, Real Estate Specialist, U.S. Postal Service, Facilities Service Office, PO Box 27497, Greensboro, NC 27498-1103
