CAPE MAY – The City of Cape May Planning Board voted to approve its Master Plan Reexamination Report at a March 12 meeting. The master plan was adopted in 2003 and was last reexamined in 2009. State statutes require a reexamination within a 10-year span of time.
This latest reexamination began in January 2018. The purpose of the reexamination was to ensure that the master plan continues to meet any changes in assumptions, policies, and objectives.
Through the reexamination process, the city added two elements to its master plan dealing with resiliency and its water and sewer utility.
Villas – Don't kid yourself. Those "Nobel" prize people are as political as you can get. Wise up!
