VILLAS – Lower Township Municipal Utilities Authority (MUA) will begin a routine hydrant-flushing program April 29 and continue through May 7. Flushing will begin in the morning and continue on a 24-hour basis up through completion May 7.
Residents in the areas being flushed may experience a temporary discoloration in their water while flushing is in progress. Residents are therefore asked to refrain from using water for drinking or washing clothes until the discoloration disappears.
