LOWER COURT DISPOSITIONS

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Byron Blackman, 21, of Whitesboro, improper U-turn. $119 fine and costs.
Diane Brion, 37, of North Cape May, careless driving. $389 fine and costs.
Danny Chester, 21, of Court House, fail to exhibit drivers license. $214 fine and costs.
Grady Faircloth IV, 19, of Villas, $ 233 fine and costs.
Yvonne Kennedy, 48, of North Cape May, obstructing/interfering with passage of other vehicles. $89 fine and costs.
Frederick Schartner IV, 20, of Villas, underage drinking; fail to exhibit documents. $566 fine and costs.
Thomas Truszkow-ski, 51, of North Cape May, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Brian Wendler, 39, of Rio Grande, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Christine Gariano, 39, Del Haven, driving while intoxicated. $663 fine and costs; eight months drivers license revocation.
Jennifer Kunz, 29, of North Cape May, driving while intoxicated. $864 fine and costs; two years drivers license revocation; 30 days community service.
Shawn Sheehan, 29, of Villas, driving while intoxicated. $614 fine and costs; three months drivers license revocation. $614 fine and costs.
Daniel Smith, 36, of North Cape May, driving while intoxicated. $614 fine and costs; three months drivers license revocation.
Phillip Starzmann, 76, of Del Haven, careless driving. $89 fine and costs.
