AVALON – Z21 Corporation, owner of the Sea Grill, Princeton Bar and Grill and Circle Tavern, gained approval from Avalon Borough Council for an extension of the area where liquor may be served and consumed.
The action allows an expanded service area to include a newly constructed outdoor patio at 2008 Dunn Dr.
In granting the expansion of the licensed premises, the borough did not approve a request to allow the service of alcoholic beverages until 2 a.m.
A midnight cut-off time for the outside area will remain in effect, although patrons will be allowed to continue to consume beverages served before midnight.
