TRENTON – The Jersey Shore will receive another economic boost next month.

In a tweet June 22, Gov. Phil Murphy announced that indoor dining can resume at 25% capacity July 2. Casinos will also be permitted to reopen on that day, also at 25% capacity.

The governor stated that health guidelines for both will be released in the coming days.

In a separate tweet, Murphy added that the limit on outdoor gatherings will increase to 250 people, effective immediately, and indoor gatherings are limited to 25% of capacity, but can’t exceed 100 people.
