COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 32 indictments Dec. 17. 
The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance. 
A “certain person not to have weapons” charge can be made against an individual found in possession of a weapon, even though a previous felony conviction banned weapons possession.     
All individuals listed are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
Sergio Jimenez, Jenna Biedrzycki
Sergio Jimenez and Jenna Biedrzycki, both of Wildwood, were named in a five-count indictment. Jimenez faces counts for third-degree aggravated assault and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, a pry bar, along with fourth-degree counts for unlawful possession of a weapon and certain person. Biedrzycki was named in one count for fourth-degree obstructing the administration of law.
Terry Hickman
Terry Hickman, 31, of Wildwood, was indicted for third-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon, a knife.
Antonio Melendez
Antonio Melendez faces a third-degree count for exhibiting a simulated document. The charge is related to an incident, in Dennis Township, in October.
Eugene Jones
Eugene Jones was involved in a domestic violence incident, in Wildwood Crest, which resulted in an indictment for third-degree aggravated assault.
Gabrielle Notch, David Kelly
Gabrielle Notch, 20, of Villas, and David Kelly, 22, of North Wildwood, were indicted for possession of a CDS, cocaine, third degree, along with conspiracy, third degree, and possession of a legend drug, fourth degree.
Jerry L. Jorgenson, John A. Hruska, Tara Velli
Jerry Jorgenson, 44, of Villas, was indicted on 11 counts. He faces counts for burglary and theft, third degree, burglary, second degree, four counts of receiving stolen property, third degree, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a CDS, each third degree, along with a fourth-degree additional count for receiving stolen property. 
His conviction for aggravated arson, in 2011, led to another indictment count for second-degree certain person because of his possession of a shotgun.
John Hruska joined Jorgenson on counts for burglary, theft, unlawful possession of a weapon and receiving stolen property, each count third degree.
Tara Velli faces one count of possession of a CDS, methamphetamine.
Brandon Tracy
Brandon Tracy, 23, of Egg Harbor Township, was indicted on two fourth-degree counts of unlawful possession of a weapon. The weapons were a 3-inch fixed blade knife and a credit card knife.
Terrance Mitchell
Terrance Mitchell, 28, of Philadelphia, was indicted for first-degree possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, third-degree possession of a CDS, second-degree eluding police, third-degree hindering apprehension and fourth-degree obstructing the administration of law.
Russell Norton
Russell Norton faces a count of third-degree escape after he left official detention, in May, in Middle Township.
James Stagg, Jeffery Sheets, Norman Johnson, Jennifer Ryan, Herbert Gaskill, Jorge Cardona-Gonzalez, Tindaro Bisbano, Buff Bradford
Each individual listed was indicted separately for one count of possession of a CDS, third degree. Johnson also faces a count of third-degree resisting arrest.
Carlos Castillo
Carlos Castillo, of Dennis Township, was indicted for third-degree bad checks, totaling $2,850.
Deogracias Marino
Deogracias Marino, of Wildwood, was indicted for aggravated assault and possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, both in the third degree, along with certain person, fourth degree. 
Marino was convicted in 1995 of transporting a defaced weapon. The weapon possessed in the current indictment was a knife.
Jonathan Duerr
Jonathan Duerr, of Cape May, faces a fourth-degree count for unlawful taking of a means of conveyance.
Todd Corliss
Todd Corliss was indicted for third-degree escape.
Gonzalo Gonzalez-Maldonado 
Gonzalo Gonzalez-Maldonado faces a nine-count indictment. He was indicted for first-degree running a CDS production facility, along with four second-degree counts for possession with intent to distribute, intent to distribute within 500 feet of public property, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon during the commission of a CDS crime. 
Also, there are two third degree counts for possession of a CDS, heroin, and unlawful possession of a weapon. Lastly, the indictment contains two fourth-degree counts for possession of a prohibited weapon, large-capacity magazines, and intent to distribute drug paraphernalia. 
The indictment states that Gonzalez-Maldonado was found in possession of a loaded rifle and an assault-style weapon.
Matthew Harden
Matthew Harden, of Upper Township, was indicted for third-degree theft.
Andrew Voegtlin
Andrew Voegtlin, 35, of Erma, faces a fourth-degree count for contempt of a judicial restraining order.
Lee Herr 
Lee Herr was stopped twice in one day, in Cape May, for driving with a suspended license. Herr faces two fourth-degree counts for operating a motor vehicle under second license suspicion.
Tamara Henbest
Tamara Henbest, of Wildwood, faces two fourth-degree counts for harassment and contempt of a restraining order.
Frank J. Pattitucci, Kayla Hodges
Frank Pattitucci, 22, of Bridgeton, and Kayla Hodges, 22, of Rio Grande, were named in separate counts of a single indictment. Pattitucci faces a third-degree count for eluding police, while both individuals were named in a fourth-degree count for obstructing the administration of law.
Andrew Zaharchuck, Nicholas Diaz
Andrew Zaharchuck and Nicholas Diaz were indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS, heroin, while Diaz also faced a third-degree count for possession with intent to distribute.
Jessica Schultz
Jessica Schultz, 31, of Villas, faces three counts of possession of a CDS, buprenorphine, amphetamine and methamphetamine, along with a third-degree count for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. She also faces a count for fourth-degree intent to distribute drug paraphernalia.
Kyiram Whelan 
Kyiram Whelan, 18 of Pennsylvania, was indicted for second-degree possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, along with second-degree possession of a weapon during the commission of a CDS crime. The weapon was a handgun. 
Additional counts included possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of a CDS, oxycodone. The fifth count in the indictment is for possession of a prohibited weapon, hollow point bullets.
Jose Verona
Jose Verona was indicted for third-degree theft and fraudulent use of a credit card, along with fourth-degree theft of a credit card.
Amelia Pinter, David Howell, Michele Spina, Marianne Inman
Four individuals are listed in a 10-count indictment. Amelia Pinter, 44, and David Howell, 48, both of Court House, are facing third-degree counts for possession of methamphetamine and buprenorphine. 
Michele Spina, 47, of Court House, was indicted on a count of third-degree possession of methamphetamine.
Marianne Inman, 47, also of Court House, faces numerous charges for second-degree possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, third-degree possession of methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin and buprenorphine, and two additional third-degree counts for intent to distribute cocaine and heroin.
