DENNISVILLE – At Dennis Township Committee’s meeting July 24 the governing body approved a resolution to hire a full-time assistant chief financial officer (CFO). According to Business Manager Pat Moran, “The assistant CFO position was hired for transition purposes. We advertised, interviewed and appointed Jessica Bishop as the assistant for now.”
Bishop will work with the current assistant, who is in transition, until Aug. 1 when committee plans to appoint her as the CFO and certified public accountant for the township, Moran said.
