Executive Order No. 217 – Ordering all State buildings to fly flags at half-staff on Mon., Dec. 12, 2016, in recognition of the life and in mourning of the passing of New Jersey State Trooper Frankie Williams.
Trooper Williams earned an Associate Degree from Atlantic Cape Community College, a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University, and was working towards a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice at Rutgers.
