CREST HAVEN — Before the toll hike takes effect, the county bridge commission reminds drivers to purchase passes at the current lower price.
Please take notice that effective February 1, 2009 one-way tolls on the five Ocean Drive Bridges will increase to $1.50 for passenger cars, pickup trucks and motorcycles.
Discount tickets will increase from $40 to $60 for a book of 50 tickets.
There will be no expiration date for tickets purchased at the current rate.
Limits of five books per transaction will be available at the Commission’s Toll Booths.
Purchases exceeding five (5) books must be made at the Bridge Commission Office or you can have them delivered to your business or home within Cape May County.
