“I’ve been mentioning for months the serious ruts and condition of Central Avenue, especially from about 53rd to 57th streets,” Edwardi said. “It’s so bad that drivers move to the other lane to avoid the potholes, which, of course, is a really dangerous situation. The road surface is so uneven on top of the overall condition that improvements really must be finished, and especially as we’re getting ready to open up for our summer season.”
