PETERSBURG – Upper Township Business Administrator Scott Morgan reported to Upper Township Committee Nov. 12 that, as promised at the previous committee meeting, cameras were installed throughout Caldwell Park, and are operational.
“We are serious about eliminating the recent vandalism that has occurred at Caldwell (Park), and especially around Andrew’s World playground,” said Morgan. “These incidents are totally unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
“We are now looking at installing the same level of public safety and security through camera installation at Amanda’s Field, if our 2020 budget can accommodate this expense. Meanwhile, (New Jersey) State Police are being vigilant about monitoring any incidents and apprehending the perpetrators.”
