WILDWOOD CREST ─ In compliance with the state’s Fair Housing Act, Wildwood Crest will implement its “Third Round Housing Plan” by the creation of an overlay zone. The zone is consistent with the settlement reached between the Crest and Fair Share Housing Center in 2017. Affordable housing will be placed on lots with “existing frontage” on New Jersey Avenue or “are deemed suitable.” Commissioners passed the overlay zone ordinance April 11.
