Good Beach Season

CAPE MAY POINT — Commissioner Joe Nietubicz reported at a July 26 meeting beach tag sales in the borough are up $4,600 from last year. He said daily tags made up a large portion of that number. Cape May City Manager Luciano V. Corea Jr. reported tag sales were slightly ahead of last year, up 5 percent. He said weather accounts for 95 percent of the success of the beach tag season.
